 Jessica Miller has over 25 years of experience with horses and knew from a very young age that she wanted to devote her life to the equestrian arts. Jessica is a USDF bronze and Silver medallist and is currently competing at the FEI levels with her horse in dressage. Jessica teaches a classical approach to dressage as well as jumping with an emphasis on safety, balanced position and correct use of the aids to create a harmonious partnership between horse and rider. Jessica has started young horses successfully and excelled with difficult horses as well. Jessica apprenticed with Sue Curry -Shaffer for 5 years while receiving her Bachelors degree in Human Development at Sonoma State University. Jessica feels this education was very useful in teaching both adults and children. |
 Jessica has worked with many Olympic-level riders, trainers and judges from around the world and continues her own education with Sue Curry -Shaffer and Rachel Saavedra on a regular basis. Jessica believes that there is always room to grow and learn in riding and takes her own advancement very seriously as well as her student’s growth. Jessica is very competitive and helps her students excel in the show ring at all levels.
Jessica Miller enjoys teaching and welcomes beginners as well as those who wish to continue their education in the equestrian arts. Jessica offers a variety of training packages to suit the needs of both horse and rider, as well as rehabilitation packages for horses coming back to work from injury. Jessica is also a very selective and experienced horse shopper, and has found many great horses for her clients. Let her help in finding the right horse for you!! |
Jessica Miller operates her business out of her family farm, Rancho del Lago, located in the east -bay town of Briones, California.
